NDAs are standard.
I provide a non-disclosure agreement with every ghostwriting service. If you’d like to credit me as a co-author or consultant, you may present that option. Otherwise, anonymity is assumed.

Misrepresentation is not allowed.
If you order a solo project from me, you may not use my name or likeness to imply we collaborated. That’s unethical—and it’s prohibited.

On-location projects

I have specific requirements in order for my creativity to flow as naturally as it does in my own office environment. My comfort is not optional.

I work in 3-day blocks Wed-Fri

I write by hand because I love it.

Unless you’ve purchased an AI-based package I am writing by hand, with pen and paper.
Handwritten work takes time, so please expect a brief waiting period (typically a few days) before delivery.

No Spec Work
I don’t offer free samples, unpaid “test pages,” or consultations disguised as chit-chat. Respect the craft or find someone cheaper.

Creative Freedom
You’re hiring me for my voice, structure, and storytelling instincts—so give them room to breathe. Micromanaging slows things down and waters everything down. Let me do what you came to me for.

Vibe Clause
I’m not a content vending machine. I do my best work in environments rooted in mutual respect, clear communication, and creative trust. If that’s not the vibe, this probably isn’t the partnership for you.

Transfer of Rights
Ownership of any work I create transfers to you only after payment has cleared and a signed NDA is in place. Until then, all drafts, concepts, and written material remain my intellectual property.

Force Majeure
If something beyond my control happens - illness, travel delays, natural disasters, tech outages, or a life emergency -delivery timelines may shift. I’ll communicate honestly and reset expectations as needed.

Modification Clause
These terms may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. Continued use of my services means you agree to whatever the current version says.

Termination
I reserve the right to cancel a project at any point if a client violates these terms, disrespects my boundaries, or misuses my name, likeness, or intellectual property. If that happens, work stops immediately and no refund will be issued.
